ED SHEERAN
Ed Sheeran has a very interesting and unique way of branding his albums for example although the logo does change there is continuity in the theme of each of his albums as they are all math symbols e.g. his first album was called plus, second was multiply and third (his most recent album) is divide. However, the first of Ed Sheehan's albums is slightly different to the other two as instead of the symbol being the main feature it was small and placed in the corner and his face is the main image. This could be due to the fact that when his first album came out Ed wasn't very well known therefore using his face as the main feature could get him more recognition amongst larger demographics whereas this was less important for the later two albums after the huge success of his first he was already recognised and had a huge fanbase
Ed Sheeran was born on the 17th of February 1991 in England. He is a British singer/songwriter and musician and his first number one hit single when 'The A team' was released on his first album 'plus' in 2011. Ed Sheeran has recently won and MBE following the huge success of his albums, for example his second album 'Multiply' went to number one in the UK and the US in 2014 and won the brit award for album of the year. The album included the number one 'Thinking out loud' which won two grammy awards.His most recent album 'Divide' was released in March 2017 and broke records in charts across the world and included the two number ones 'Shape of you' and 'Castle on the hill'.
